Welcome to Mudra Beach Villa. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request that you read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • To secure a reservation, a booking confirmation email or message from us is required.

  • We may request an advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be settled upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 12.00 noon onwards

  • Check-out: By 10:00 am

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Eligible for a full refund of the advance.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: Advance payment will be non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Refunds are applicable only for bookings made directly with us. For reservations made through third-party OTAs, their respective refund policies will apply.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property rules.

  • Loud music, parties, or activities causing disturbance to others are not allowed unless prior permission is given.

  • Any damage caused to property, furnishings, or amenities will be charged to the guest at replacement cost.

5. Children & Extra Guests
  • Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge.
  • Extra guests beyond the booking capacity must be declared in advance and will incur additional charges.
6. Pets

  • Pets are allowed only in designated accommodations and must be pre-approved at the time of booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

7. Facilities & Services

  • Some facilities (such as pool, kitchen, or BBQ) may have usage guidelines. Please follow the rules displayed or informed by our staff.

  • Beach access is subject to weather conditions and local guidelines.

8. Liability

  • Mudra Beach Villa is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

  • Guests use all facilities, including the pool and beach access, at their own risk.

  • We shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or health-related issue occurring during the stay.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or weather conditions.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the state of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Gokarna courts.
